CPALMS and the FLDOE Single Sign On
CPALMS is now integrated with the FLDOE Single Sign On (SSO) portal allowing you to login to iCPALMS using your existing SSO account. Users from the districts that are integrated with the SSO can now enjoy logging to iCPALMS using the same credentials. Below is some information on how this works:
For existing CPALMS users that now have an SSO account
Your iCPALMS account is still intact until you merge it with your SSO account. The process is seamless and painless. Here are the steps to merge your iCPALMS profile and assets with your SSO account:
- Login to CPALMS using the SSO login method shown under the login section in the top right corner. Or simply click here to login.
- You will be redirected to the SSO login screen to login and then redirected back to CPALMS. Please note that you might not be prompted to login if you were previously logged in to the SSO during the same browsing session.
- Once you are sent back to CPALMS, we automatically detect if you have an account under the same email address and then merge your profile. If we do not detect that you have an account, you will be prompted to create a new profile or login to an existing one to merge them.
- You will then be provided full access to your account and will have access to everything you previously did on iCPALMS.
Once you migrate your iCPALMS account to an SSO account, please login to iCPALMS using the SSO option.
For SSO users that never created an account on CPALMS
After your first login to iCPALMS using your SSO account, you will be prompted to setup an iCPALMS profile. After the first visit when you setup your account, please login to iCPALMS using the SSO option. The profile setup is easy and takes only few minutes but will save you many hours in the future. After the profile is setup, you will not need to do that again when you login the next time.
For non SSO users that never created an account on CPALMS
You can create an account on CPALMS simply by clicking here or the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the website.
Do I have to use the SSO?
No. The integration with the SSO is meant to be for your convenience and is not a mandatory process at this time.
