The following are visuals to help create bulletin boards for the classroom. Notes are included on how to create or enhance the bulletin board. Separate files for the artwork are available to print and recreate the bulletin boards. All artwork is scaled for a 3ft by 4ft board. Be creative and use the artwork in any way you can imagine!
Use this board to reinforce how water can change its state of matter. The red arrows represent heat while the blue represent removal of heat or cooling. For enrichment you can include deposition and sublimation, or choose to remove those from the bulletin board. To make it interactive, leave the arrows there and have students pin the vocabulary words to their proper location. Additionally next to each phase change they can add images, pictures or post it notes describing when they have observed or experienced these phase changes.
